How VetWise Works

This service is complimentary to all of our patients.
A registered technician will speak with you directly, review your concerns, and determine whether emergency care or a virtual consultation is needed.

Virtual Consultations with a Veterinarian
If a veterinarian’s assessment is recommended, VetWise offers clear, upfront pricing so you can make an informed decision.
Seamless Continuity of Care
A detailed medical report, including your pet’s symptoms, assessment, and treatment plan, will be shared directly with us for smooth follow-up.
If medication is prescribed, you may request to have it filled by us for next-day pick-up during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
Fees + Pricing
Virtual veterinarian consultation fees are:
- $150 + tax after-hours or on holidays
- Prescription service fee (if required): $30 + tax

VetWise offers virtual care by video or phone, making after-hours veterinary support accessible and stress-free.
